Preparing the rota is one of the least popular jobs that has to be done. Our systems allows you to specify your staffing requirements over a working day in terms of the number of staff of a particular grade needed. Then by comparing the number of staff available, the system will prepare a suggested rota. It will print timesheets, worksheets and a range of management reports to highlight under or over staffing or maybe when agency cover is needed.
